To our valued members, We wanted to keep everyone in the loop and informed on where the gym portion of our facility stands. The governor recently released details regarding gyms in New York State reopening on Monday, August 24th. The specifics of the details included, but were not limited to, operating at 33% capacity of the facility, requiring the use of masks for all members at all times, and HVAC system requirements. Unfortunately, due to these requirements, specifical...ly the 33% capacity regulation, we will not be opening up to gym members at this time. Our current Physical Therapy volume alone can be close to, or meet, the capacity regulation several times throughout the day. By adding more people into the facility we would not be in compliance with the guidelines laid out by the State and would risk disciplinary action. We are proud to be able offer the gym as a service to our community and get great enjoyment watching people reach their fitness goals. Ultimately, Physical Therapy remains our priority at this time, as this makes it possible to provide a gym option for our community. We will continue to monitor the situation in New York as it pertains to fitness facilities and do our best to keep everyone informed. Hello! Just wanted to give an update to all of our members. We continue to be closed indefinitely due to restrictions put in place to prevent the spread of the current pandemic. Autopay memberships have been put on hold at this point and members will have all the days lost up to that point added back onto their memberships so that no time is lost. Those members who have an indefinite payment setup will not be charged for two months following the gym reopening to account for the lost time. Again, members who had paid up front for monthly or yearly memberships will have time added back on once we are allowed to reopen. The health of our members and employees is our top priority and we at Lattimore will be complying to state regulations at this time to do whatever we can to keep everyone healthy and well. Those clients who have paid for a monthly membership and are activ...e as of tomorrow will be started up with a brand new month the day that restrictions are lifted. In addition, any members who have paid for year memberships will be extended out the same amount of days that the restrictions will be held. Of course, no one knows how long this will last so we ask that you bear with us during this unprecedented time and thank you for your patience and understanding.
