Where does Reiki sit on your wellness wheel? For me it checks all the boxes... The daily spiritual(speaks for itself) practice has lead me to become more grounded and more in control of my anxiety and emotions(emotional), which is good for my physical(also speaks for itself)well being. It has lead me down a path of wanting to share with others(social)and makes me want to learn more everyday(intellectual) and hopefully utilize what I've learned and share with others via a full time business(occupational)someday
