Happy December 1 It’s not official & I’m not sure how safe it is to say but We Made It!! I know for all of us 2020 has been extremely challenging with lay offs, sickness, home-schooling, working from home, emotional roller coasters, zooming everything and even experiencing loss of loved ones. How did we even get through it all? Probably with a lot of uncertainty but lots of faith, a lot of frustration turned into patience, a lot of sadness combed over with love. In times ...such as these, we definitely find we need to lean on one another way more & share some love . Grant it there are probably a lot of goals we struggled to achieve or maybe didn’t even hit, I know I didn’t. But 1 thing for sure and 2 things for certain is that I’m grateful to still be here & have another crack at it all. And although 2020 had its many challenges the progress I’ve seen in myself & business made every obstacle worth it! With only 30 days left to 2020 have you begun to put your 2021 plans in order? As of 10/28/20 Under Contract!! Listed 9/22/20 | Acceptable Offer 10/13 This was a fun house to sell because the market was a hot seller’s market & this two family created a big frenzy. I was getting over 20 calls a day for this property ... I would mention it took longer to go under contract than it did to find the buyer because the attorney had been super busy with other closings & clients but hey at least we’re here now. As I always say it’s now time to hold on to our hats because it’s Contract to Close time & that’s when the real rodeo begins which sometimes gets a little tricky.
