On the way to see the Bean Boot Mobile in Newburgh this morning ( it'll be there again tomorrow! ) I made a stop to take a quick picture of Anthony's Nose and the Bear Mountain Bridge, a passing freight train made it even better...The ride up on the Palisades Parkway was spectacular - fantastic foliage!

A nice hike today at Mianus River Gorge. Even with all the rain recently, the river is very low and the waterfall was dry, but the moss and fungi looked great !The parched ground soaked up every needed drop.
