@mantramagazine this is sooo TRUE. We forgive so that we can lighten our load. That doesn’t mean that we release others from expectations or conditions for how we want to be treated. Some relationships can survive trials and some cannot but you still ALWAYS have the option to say yes or no to who you allow in your life. You also ALWAYS have the option to say yes or no to yourself and forgiveness helps you to do that.
