Day 2 of having the trail open! Very happy riders !

Very exciting day today! I was able to open up half of my trail to give my clients a trail ride. Hopefully I will be able to open the trail completely, stay tuned!

It makes me happy when these kids come back and wear their t shirts! Thanks for representing !!!

It is always exciting to have kids come back year after year to take lessons. All of these kids have come such a long way and improve every year!

More first timers! Molly and Smooch took care of them all! These kids had a blast!

YES, I teach adults too! Marissa always wanted to learn how to ride a horse and she finally came out to learn. Can't wait to see her progress. Fun for all ages!

Im so proud of Hannah last year she was a little nervous to ride Dolly. Hannah was riding so well that I wanted her to continue advancing her skills. She never gave up! This year Hannah was able to jump right on Dolly and ride her no problem! She was even able to trot Dolly around the arena and she corrected Dolly when she was a little stubborn. Hannah has come a long way and stays very positive!

Had some brand new riders today and Molly took care of them all! They all worked on steering and stopping and just being confident enough to ride by themselves! Thanks for coming out today guys!

We miss everybody and just horsin' around until we open!

My horse back riding season has to come to an end. It was such a great summer and I hope to see everyone again next year! My students learned and improved so much this year, and it showed during the horse show. I am so proud of everyone, these kids continue to amaze me every year! It was my pleasure to teach such amazing kids and adults. Can't wait to start up again next year!

Well Dolly did it again! Haha she made another of my riders face their fears! Poor Sophia was so nervous by the way Dolly shook her head and that she was so tall! But sophia did a fantastic job on her!

First lesson of the season was a success! Maria was so happy to see Molly again. We worked on the basics to get back into the swing of things to make her confident in the saddle again! It is a beautiful day for riding!

We are finally starting to learn to lope ! We just need a better seat. At the end he almost got it!

I am starting my lessons on Monday, June 1st. I am currently scheduling lessons now. ***I Will Be Taking Precautions*** My lessons will be taking place in a well-ventilated area.... I will be keeping a 6 ft distance and will be wearing a mask. I am scheduling one lesson at a time unless you are from the same family. Well Hannah was a little nervous riding Dolly today. Dolly kept giving her trouble and turning her into the gate. Hannah learned how to correct her and make her do what she wanted. After a little while Hannah was a pro and wasnt nervous at all! SO AWESOME!!!

Sophia had a fun time riding yesterday! She did so good! She is really getting her trotting down! Next hopefully we can start galloping!

GOOD NEWS! I guess Gov. Cuomo is allowing horses back riding lessons to open up during phase one! I am so excited to be opening my season! These kids are all so funny! They all got to practice trotting yesterday and did a great job! Beautiful weather for riding!

This is the first time Evelyn has ever rode with me. She had so much fun! I was amazed at how good she did!

This is the second time this girl has been riding with me. She is doing so great we are working on steering and stopping! She is doing very well and just loves this horse!

These girls are getting better and better! They now know how to saddle and bridle all by themselves!

Well Maddie proved me wrong today! She kept bouncing a lot when she was trotting. So we took the saddle off so she can get a feel for bareback. I told her to squeeze with her legs and trot around. I put a dollar under her leg, told her if she could trot around and keep the dollar in place she can keep it......well I think the smile says it all about how happy she was!!!

Well I am happy that I was able to get a couple lessons in yesterday before the storm! These boys are doing awesome!

Just practicing a little stop and go! I want to make sure all my riders are able to control their horses fully!

So grateful for smooch that I can use her for so many different riders and she is always well behaved!

Enjoying the weather!

Well, the girls really enjoyed my little obstacle course I made for them. It was better than me talking the entire time. They were able to get their minds off what I was telling them and just looking forward wondering what to do next! They were happy to ride some faster horses. Tried to get them to get into a lope but they just weren't ready yet.....we will try again next time!

So happy to have Sophia back! We had a great time with her cousin too! All the way from Indiana!

Finally got to do some work in the BIG arena! Now hopefully it doesnt rain for a while!

Maddie wanted to try riding in an english saddle today. She did very good but said it was very different! She is coming along way!

These girls did so good today! They are coming such a long way! Very proud!

Thank goodness for the back barn! It has come in handy so many times this year. We got some unexpected rain yesterday but were still able to ride around. We even got to work on some trotting!

So happy these girls came back this year! They were riding like they never stopped. I remember the first time they started and I couldn't get them to trot and yesterday they never wanted to stop!!! Haha Very proud of them and cant wait to see what this year has in store!

Had so much fun with these two yesterday. Every year they get better and better! They did great even with it being their first day back this year!

Teaching Hannah how to put the bridle on all by herself! I think if she was a little taller she would have gotten it! She is a excellent rider but main thing we are trying to work on is her posture. All and all I cannot complain! She is doing so well!!!

These kids are doing so good! They are learning everything from the ground up. Their little sister didn't feel like riding today but had fun playing with the kitties!

Building up this girl's confidence one step at a time! She's a very good rider I just don't think she knows it yet!

Bridgette loved riding Molly today! She was so excited to get to ride she even wore her unicorn sweatshirt!

So happy to have this little girl back, she's awesome! Just working on getting back in the swing of things. She even wore her Lonesome pine shirt I gave her last year! REPRESENTING I love it!

Had two newbies today! For their first time with me they did wonderful. We are working on steering and stopping but they will get the hang of it!

The rain wont stop us this year! So proud of this girl. She is working so hard and is becoming better every year. I let her ride caramel one of my favorite horses. Caramel has helped so many kids build their confidence with her calmness and kindness. I wish I had 10 more of her !

Another beautiful night for lessons. So proud of this kid he jumps back on like he never left!

Beautiful weather for lessons today. I had these two girls last year too. I asked them if it was hard to get back into riding and they said it was just like riding a bike! Until the end and their legs felt like jelly! Lol

We didn't let a little rain stop us today! First lessons of the year and they had a blast! They we very nervous at first and unsure but after a little while they were naturals! Cant wait for next week and see what progress these kids will make!!!

So on this lovely day I was able to get some of my lesson horses brushed out and looking Pretty! Praying the weather stays nice for all my lessons next week !!

My lesson from today. This little lady was confident enough to get into a trot. First i started her on a lunge line, after a while she didnt even need me anymore! She was trotting around all by herself. Very proud and excited for her!

Got these two into a trot today! They are progressing so fast. Had to put the little lady on a lungeline at first but before her lesson ended she was able to trot by herself around the whole arena.

First time in the saddle in a Lonnnggg time! But she still loved it! I love when people enjoy coming out here.
