5 canals and multiple poe. One visit sip with sap using the #gentlewave

Lonnnng appt. prev treated 8 with large recurrent infection. First rct 7 then apico on 7 and 8

Pretty straightforward molar. Rct for restorative purposes. @edgeendo x7 17/.04 on the mesials and 20/.04 on the distal. #ridethewave

Patient presented with extreme pain on 18. Distal abutment you a 3 unit bridge. Mega post on the distal with no gutta percha apical to it. Was a c shaped anatomy with a common apical exit. Decided to treat the mesials only and gentlewave. Obturated with bc sealer and warm vertical. As seen common apical exit was obturated and able to get sealer almost to the level of the post. #gentlewavemagic

LCOD and I’m ed pretty straightforward 2 with three canals. Sip due to crown prep.

Two visit rct completed with #gentlewave @edgeendo files were used 20/.04 On the mesials and 25/.06 On the distal.

Thought this would be a pretty straightforward instrument retrieval, I thought wrong ! Gp separated the instrument. Tried to trough around the head of the file to remove with the #endocowboy but the coronal aspect of the file snapped off to the middle 1/3 of the root. I was able to lasso it but it broke again in the apical 1/3. I was able to bypass and gentlewave. Hopefully it works out !
