We have Multiply Businesses and Residential Properties that requires the ability to multitask and support all properties from day to day. You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in mainte...nance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Wiling to undergo a background check Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Basic carpentry skills Experience using hand and electrical tools Available to be On-Call rotating evenings and weekends.
