Shouts to my West Coast friends and colleagues who continue to support my work and stay connected.... My very first night time workshop was facilitating three sessions for @lovecityarts Won't You Be My Neighbor program. Now I feel seasoned, with my new @lumecube lighting that keeps me glowing. Tonight's session, part of a board retreat, was the perfect way to shift into Friday. It left me feeling energized and reflective. This week had a lot of "I feel like a zombie" moments.
