Today is Giving Tuesday a day that encourages people to do good a global movement that celebrates generosity. That sounds so formal and proper, but it’s really about showing up and making a difference. All acts of generosity count: Managing a smile for a stranger, hugging a friend, or simply standing up for a cause or organization you believe in. To say that this year has been hard is an understatement. It’s been heartbreaking. I still believe that even in these difficult times, we can and should celebrate generosity whenever and wherever we can. Please join us today and donate to Lowville Food Pantry. It makes many families have a meal on their table.
