Black History Month isn’t a separate history. This is all of our history, it’s American history. It is a reminder of the work that lies in the months and years ahead! Follow us throughout the month as we highlight icons that have impacted and continue to make a difference in the Black and Afro-Latinx communities!

The @silverblackalumninetwork has created a series in recognition of Black History Month!The series will explore blackness and the importance of authenticity in practice. The series is centered around the themes of community, connection, and celebration. Every event will be facilitated by a member of the alumni network. AfroLatinidad is often overlooked, ignored, or erased from the Latinx community and culture.
