A little message of wellness this Christmas eve... The accounts you follow on social media should be similar to your in-person relationships and should be held to the same standard. Your feed should be uplifting, educational and bring out the best in you. If that's not the case, now might be a good time to reevaluate those relationships and carve out a safer space online.
