Quarantine is a strange strange time. And i know it’s taking a lot of mental energy just to exist, let alone juggle all the hats your wearing... wife. Mom. Teacher. Chef. Therapist. Activities coordinator. So i just wanted to let you know that i think you’re amazing. This is hard, it’s a struggle, but here you are, showing up in whatever way you’re able to. And if all you’re able to do is keep breathing... then just keep doing that. There is no guide book for this, no instruction manual to tell us how to personally navigate this situation in our present world. But i think you’re doing amazing. We’ve just got to take this one day at a time, one breath at a time. * What would your sticker say??
