Mondi Group is a multinational company with headquarters in Europe. During the pandemic, workers from the Leonia, NJ facility, approached management and demanded PPE and better health and safety. Mondi ignored their pleas. The negligence allegedly contributed to some workers falling ill from COVID and to the deaths of two workers. Andrew King, CEO at @mondigroup chose profit over people. Last year they celebrated the victories of the company, while they fired 18 workers for asking better protections in the workplace. We demand justice! #Mondi #2deaths2many
