We all felt so festive preparing for the Holiday Open House. Too bad that COVID put a damper on the event. What a great group of volunteers!

Come on to get your Santa photo made! COVID friendly and great music!

Due to a recent uptick in local COVID cases, our Holiday Open House is now a COVID Friendly Christmas Stroll! We ask that you attend based on the following schedule: Last names beginning with A - F: 5:00 Last names beginning with G - L: 5:30 Last names beginning with M - R: 6:00 Last names beginning with S - Z 6:30... Families will be admitted together. There will still be Santa, (socially distanced but in the picture), live music, Christmas Cookies to go, and photo opportunities! Come dressed warmly in case you have to wait outside for a few minutes. We hope this event will add a bit of joy to your holiday season - even with COVID looming in the distance. See more

Local residents Bill and Yvonne Weiler are donating a special Christmas in Heaven Tree to the community. The tree will be in the front yard of the Copley House starting November 26. If you have lost a loved one recently or would like to remember someone special this tree will be decorated with beautiful Cardinal ornaments available on the Copley House porch. There is an honor system.... Use the supplied Magic Marker to write the name of your loved one on the ornament. Place a small donation in the provided box if you wish and hang the ornament on the tree. This is a beautiful way for those who would like to honor and remember their loved ones. LCF would like to thank Bill and Yvonne for their wonderful contribution to our Holiday Season. Ornaments will be available until December 31. The lighting of the tree will take place at the Christmas Open House at the Copley House, Sunday, December 5 from 5-7.

Virtual Snowman Contest! Keep your eyes to the sky and wish for snow! Build the most amazing snowman your neighbors have ever seen, then post a photo of your snowman in the comments below. The snowman photo with the most reactions (likes, loves, etc), by Noon on the January 31, will win a family prize package!

Due to the increase of Covid cases in the area, The Copley House will remain Closed for the month of January. As a result, this event has been cancelled.
