Early this morning the Lynbrook FD was toned to an mva with car fire at Ocean Avenue and Merrick Road. 421 responded first due and quickly put 1 line in operation to knock the fire.

421 alongside the entire Lynbrook FD has been responding to several calls over the last few hours due to the storm, including this tree down and on fire on Westminster Road. Members had to lay in and use the 1.75" preconnect to knock down the fire. The LFD remains on stand by awaiting any further alarms.
