Good morning, everyone, on this sunny Monday! I'm back in the office resuming my usual working hours. I have been overwhelmed by the patience, understanding and compassion that I've experienced these past few weeks from all of my friends and clients. I am so lucky to have such wonderful people in my life

Friends, this is a strange post but I wanted to let everyone know. I was out of the office today, and I'll be off for a few more days this week. Nothing Covid-19 related, I actually have a concussion and a nasal fracture. I'm taking time to rest and recover at home since there's really not much else I can do. So, I'll contact those whom I'll need to cancel and I'll be in touch to reschedule as soon as I'm feeling up to it. The kids are fine, my husband is taking great care of me and I'll be back in once I'm 100% again. Thanks for your understanding

I hope everyone had a blessed Christmas! In observation of the New Year, we will be closed, as I'm spending the two days at home quietly with my husband and children. Stay safe and Happy New Year

Let's talk New Year's resolutions: Take better care of ourselves! Drink more water, eat fewer carbs, quit smoking, join a gym, etc. Just to name a few! But taking care of ourselves is half mental, as well.
