Please be aware of these. Also, if you answer the phone and anyone starts by Hi, and says your name and then says is this ___. Dont answer them yes, they will record your answer and use your voice to obtain things.. say things like this is she or answer with a question like, who am I speaking to... just dont give your name or answer yes.. best thing I do, hang up... anyway here is a list of some scams. Be safe all, check in with me and let me know all is good. Anyone that is in my area and needs anything, please reach out..BE SAFE ALL

Good morning.. hope everyone is staying cool these days and are praying for some rain. The real estate market is ce Covid 19 has hit is crazy to say the least. If you are a seller that's thinking about selling, call me as now is your time. Homes are flying off the market so my suggestion is "YOU BETTER BE SERIOUS AND START PACKING". To my buyers especially my first time home buyers. We have been out there we have seen. We have put in offers and we have lost out. Dont be di...scouraged nor be in a hurry. Yes, I make my money when you buy a house. BUT, my pay comes with a satisfaction, that being that the home you purchased is the one you love and can live comfortably in.(here goes my speech again as I know alot of you have heard this from me numerous times) I do not want you to over spend or panic buy. This to shall pass. So be patient, we will keep looking and when you obtain that home, it will be perfect and what you want. If your working just to live in your home, your NOT living. Hi everyone, hope everyone is well and safe. Looks like we may be opening up New York State starting on the 15th of May. As for Real Estate, looks like the 1st of June. I am not sure as of yet how this will all play out. We have meetings and updates daily. As well as reversals and revisions. I am sure they will get it right at some point and our "new normal" will go into effect. Regardless of the requirements the State will impose, please be aware that I as a Realtor, will n...ot have a face to face meeting with you without both of us wearing a mask. If you are looking at a property, please note that I will require you to wear your face mask (worn properly), disposal gloves and will insist that once you are done with your gloves that they are put in your vehicle and taken with you. This will not only protect yourself but the people selling the home as well as other interested buyers and Real Estate agents. Please understand, I am only trying to protect EVERYONE INVOLVED. if this offends you, I apologize and wish you well with your next real estate transaction. Good afternoon all.. I hope everyone is still well and safe. I know there are some out there that are wondering about the stimulus money. So looks like it's coming by the end of the month. For anyone that is on social security that does not usually file taxes. Heres the deal, you need to file a tax return for 2019, in order to get the check. Go to irs.gov (website below) and type in free file. From there, the website will guide you on how to file. Please reach to to anyone you know that is elder and may not have access to a computer and see if you can help them out. No one should go without getting this. Good afternoon all.. I am hoping that everyone is well and safe. In light of all the things going on in the world, I wanted to make sure that everyone is aware of what is going on in the real estate world as far as your mortgages go. First there is alot of talk about the banks allowing you NOT to pay your mortgage while we are in this state and giving forgiveness. Let's be real about this, NOTHING in life is free. With that said, I suggest that as individuals you call your m...ortgage company to see what or if they have to say. Yes some are deferring payments for 3 months. What does that mean? No it is not like you dont have to pay for 3 months and then the 4th month just start paying again. The banks have some options. 1. Not pay for the 3 months but the 4th month you are responsible to pay for all payments misssed and the current payment. 2. Not pay for 3 months and then have it tacked on to the end of your loan term. Either way, NOTHING is free. 3. Continue to pay your mortgage on time as you are currently doing. (Best advice). Please note that NOT all banks are offering these options and I am not a mortgage Rep. I just wanted to put this out there to everyone in case some are getting confused.
