A quick paddle before sunset led to a pretty close encounter with a family of beavers. Listen to the slap of that tail! This section of the Grasse is teeming with wildlife. Don’t just take our word for it though, come paddle and explore for yourself! #madridmercantile

It’s time to break that cabin fever and get out on the river! In accordance with the NY State Reopening plan, we are now open for rentals! Reservations are required (no minimum lead time) and can be made via FaceBook messenger or our business phone 315.869.5006 (text preferred).... Kayak Rates: Daily - $20 Weekend (3 days) - $50 Week (7 days) - $100 Canoe Rates: Daily - $25 Weekend (3 days) - $60 Week (7 days) - $100 *Local deliveries can be arranged* What we plan to do to keep you safe: With reservations required, we’re going to limit the number of groups at any one time Kayaks, canoes, and equipment will be sanitized after each use, and placed at the end of our inventory. We will continue to rotate through inventory so that no piece of equipment is used consecutively Hand sanitizer will be available for customers Ask customers to continue to practice social distancing
