Update on opening Magic Clippers II: The estimated open date for the shop is Tuesday, June 9, 2020. Your safety is our #1 priority. We will be implementing temporary measures in accordance with the New York State guidelines. Appointment Information... Appointments can be made starting Tuesday at 9 AM by calling Magic Clippers at (845) 225-2077. Appointment slots are 30 minutes each. We will be allowing ample time in between each haircut for cleaning & disinfecting our work areas. We ask that you try and arrive on time due to the anticipated volume of customers. We will try to accommodate walk-ins, but please be understanding and patient. If there is no one scheduled we will be able to cut you at that time or you can make an appointment with the front desk. According to New York State law, no one is permitted to wait in the waiting area or form a line outside of the shop, so we ask that you wait in your car and we will text you when it is your turn. Updated Pricing Men’s haircuts: $20 Kids haircuts: $17 Skin fade: $22 In accordance with New York State law, hot shaves and beard trims are not permitted at this time. Safety Measures These are the measures we are implementing for the safety of our customers and are mandated by the State of New York. - Ensure 6 ft. distance between individuals, unless during a haircut. - Masks or acceptable face coverings are mandatory for all employees and customers, provided that you are over age 2 and medically able to tolerate one. - You are required to use the hand sanitizer when entering the shop which will be provided at the front counter. - The waiting area will be closed. We ask that you wait in your car and we will text you when we are ready. - Our employees will be sanitizing their hands for at least 30 seconds as per CDC guidance. - All aprons/capes are disposable. Each person will have their own brand new disposable apron/cape. - Per New York State law, hot shaves and beard trims are not permitted until further notice. - All our workstations and tools at Magic Clippers will be cleaned and disinfected between customers as per CDC guidance. - All employees of Magic Clippers have received training and certification of proper sanitation and disinfection practices and procedures consistent with the current highest industry standards. To our loyal customers: We are patiently waiting for guidance from the state on when to reopen the barber shop.
