Main St Stereo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced mechanic/12 volt installer to help expand our range of installation services. This will be a full time, Monday through Friday position responsible for all aspects of the shop’s requirements. The mechanic/12 volt installer will work and assist our existing installer team in providing installation, troubleshooting and solutions in accordance with Main St. Stereo’s commitment to 5 Star client service and satisfaction. ...In addition to a strong mechanical and 12 volt background employees must be knowledgeable of updated data solutions and install techniques for a wide range of products including, but not limited to audio, remote starters, wheel mounting and balancing, suspension, brakes and accessories. Job Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of mechanical experience and fluency in mobile electronics is required. Self-motivated, possess great attention to detail and be able to complete jobs in a timely manner Coordinate with the sales department to go over jobs thoroughly and suggest additional work Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and solve them Have the know hot to utilize all available resources to efficiently complete tasks Use of knowledge and hands on expertise to help push Main St. Stereo forward in all aspects of mechanical and 12 volt areas.
