Students and teachers from Deer Creek School in Arcola, Mississippi once again placed sixteen Christmas wreathes around The YANKY 72 Memorial. This has turned i...nto an annual event for this tiny school and a very special holiday tribute, to the men who lost their lives here on July 10, 2017. These men and their loved ones will always be family to those of us who live in this area, and we wish for them a peaceful and joyous Christmas. It's been 3 years, and I still struggle to find the right words. But I hope this video makes you smile, bring a few laughs, and reminds you that they lived.
