Consistent persistence through resistance over distance is a key factor to Makin' It Happen. I'd never be where I'm at now if I gave up. It never gets easier, you get stronger! Constant growth is the key to happinesses and contentment. Forget about the day before, and focus on this day everyday. One day you will suddenly realize you are where you wanted to be. Where you need to be now. You will see you are stronger than the challenges that face you everyday. It might seem easy but only because you are amazing at this point #mihfit #makinithappen #tfam #growthmindset #consistancy #persistence #resistance #goingthedistance #theherosjourney #manofmen #true

So I've been experimenting with growing my own food for the past 3-4 months. I've got to say not only does it taste better and have more nutrients, but it's also fun and makes you appreciate it a lot more. And let's mention the cost also for a bit. I spent about 8 hours total in the beginning preparing the garden beds, starting seeds inside, and transplanting them outside. For some I just put seeds in the ground. I've done little watering and little weeding and most of the ti...me spent working after has been harvesting. Over all spent about $75 on seeds, starting soil, and starter containers that I can use next year too. Also I can save the seeds from the best plants for next year as well. I haven't bought hardly any veggies from the store since, but usually I'd spend about $30-$40 a week on produce. I've got to say it's totally been worth it and the growing season is still going strong. I've had some failures, but also have had some unexpected surprises. It has been a learning process as well, and now I know what likes to thrive in the climate I'm in. With food this good, it just doesn't make sense not grow your own anymore. Especially once is all prepared and looks as good as this too #permaculture #gardening #organic #farmlife #heirloom #growingsoil #backtoedengarden #abundance #fruitsoflabor #gourmet #foodporn #mihfitness #instafood @ South Vestal, New York See more
