On this day I was reminded by the Coyote to acknowledge one we lost in the past year, Sal Ticli, the creator of the Twelve Man Group of fallen Mamaroneck residents in the Vietnam War. Sal was particularly passionate about these men. His talks at the Mamaroneck Library, the Mamaroneck Historical Society, and Mamaroneck/Larchmont Old Timers' events, which I helped arrange, proved that to me. He will be missed. The photo is of the Uncle Carl's Tavern softball team, the only photo I could find with Sal's picture in it. This was another of his passions. All local guys and friends of Sal. God Bless Sal.

Hello members and friends. Last night the Mamaroneck Library presented a wonderfully informative program by our own John Verni. John described in detail how he and his brother Chris acquired the Mamaroneck Train Station and repurposed it into a restaurant and office space, keeping the historic and beautiful aspects of it intact. Below are the links to YouTube videos of the event. If you are a Mamaroneck resident or are into railroads it's a must see. Enjoy and watch out for further programs like this sponsored by the Mamaroneck Historical Society. https://youtu.be/NGk0ZzLrSBI https://youtu.be/VhmxDroxYC4
