Our behaviors collectively set the tone for our country. We are all modeling behaviors for our children. How would we like to see our children respond to disagreements or manage their anger? Important to keep this in mind as we are exposed to unhealthy environmental influences. Deep, slow breaths are always helpful. They send calming messages back up to the anxious part of the brain, interrupting our stress responses and helping us access our rational minds. Let's all take some deep, slow breaths and feel our feet on the ground. We can do this.
