Some of the beautiful lights at the Peace, Love, & Lights show in Bethel Woods during Sullivan 180 Walkthrough Wednesdays!
Hey, Inklingsit’s a snowy day today! Make sure to stay warm inside with your copy of the December issue of Manor Ink! (Don’t have it yet? Find it in local shops or read it online!)
A shot from the tree lighting last week taken by Editor-in-Chief Osei Helper!
Inklings! If you missed it this morning, you can check out Manor Ink on WJFF Radio Chatskill at https://archive.wjffradio.org (where you can also view other segments you may have missed out on when they were live)!
In this month’s issue of the newspaper, incorrect information is on the Class of 2023’s Breakfast with Santa ad due to a publishing error. This is the corrected version with all of the actual dates of the event. An important note to add is that this is a drive-through, take-out style breakfast. Also, children will not be able to take pictures with Santa or give him letters due to safety reasons, but they will be able to wave to him! We apologize for any inconvenience, and feel free to find more info at https://www.lmcs.k12.ny.us/
Hey, Inklings! Check out the December issue of Manor Ink! In it, our reporters cover Sullivan 180’s new executive director, SALT: an organization that offers a wide range of social services, and the upcoming holidays. Find it online and in the library now (and in stores soon)! www.manorink.org
Les Stone, a photojournalist, sits down and talks with Manor Ink about his experience in the profession, how it is growing obsolete in a more modern world, and his passion for photography. Read about it in the upcoming December issue of Manor Ink! (Photo by Les Stone)
Manor Ink urges you to explore Peace, Love & Lights up close and personal, out of the car, and in the midst of the magic. Sullivan 180, the county's health advocacy group, challenges the community to walk a collective 500 miles of Peace, Love & Lights at Bethel Woods, with a goal to draw 500 residents to walk the one-mile route on Wednesdays now through December. Those donating an unwrapped toy will be admitted free. Proceeds benefit the Sullivan County Federation for the Homeless. So strap on your sneakers, zip up your winter coat, and get ready for a socially-distant, outdoor winter exercise at our spectacular holiday lights display!
