We provide essential services, supporting our customers with disabilities and mobility needs, that simply can not be put on hold until this pandemic is under control, so we are continuing to be of service and stay in operation at this time. The majority of our customers are those most at risk from COVID-19, the elderly with underlying health conditions. Our utmost priority is their safety. Ultimately it is their decision if they want visitors to their home during this period,... so as an alternative, we are offering to evaluate service requests by phone to see if issues can be resolved remotely, at no charge. If a service call, delivery, or install, is necessary we are following the below: 1) If we have any of the symptoms associated with the virus such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc we will stop working and not have any customer contact. 2) If we, to the best of our knowledge, have come in contact with someone who has, or believe they may have, the virus, we will stop working and not have any customer contact. 3)We will use hand sanitizer and/or disinfect prior to entering and again on leaving any customer's home - our standard practice. 5) We will not shake a customer’s hand and will try to maintain social distancing to the degree possible. 6) We will request that any customer tell us if any member of their household have COVID-19 symptoms or has been in contact with someone who has the virus 10) We suggest any family with a particularly vulnerable member of their household keep that member away from any visitor to their home and the other household members wash their hands after any visitor leaves. If you have any questions at any time, we can be reached at 585-451-0394 or 585-612-1333. Stay safe and please continue the support small and local businesses. Joanne and Larry Wright

Marc Gaiger has created hundreds of copper roses to benefit Rochester's Veteran Outreach Center and what started as one man's mission has turned into a full-fledged community effort to raise money for local veterans.
