We were thrilled to be invited by the Bass Center for Transformative Placemaking at The Brookings Institution to share our client’s vision for New Haven Free Public Library Ives Squared and the impact it is making to build inclusive economies in their Placemaking Postcards series. More critically, we share this story as all in our social impact community are positioning themselves to catalyze community economic development! Margaret, Tara and Tara’s mother and sister had a great day at the photo shoot for the new Michael E. Busch Annapolis Library!

Our intern Jordi’s last day was last Friday! We borrowed a technique that our friend Peter Bromberg taught us: Describe (your colleague) at their best! We were delighted to employ Jordi through the Pencil SYEP Program. As he enters his senior year in high school, we are thrilled he wants to be an Architect! Can’t wait to see what he creates for a just and sustainable tomorrow!
We’ve never had one of our interior renovations turned into Minecraft! But I’m sure you can spot MSS’s Ives Squared in this awesome sequence!
