I practice what I preach. I walk my talk. I encourage you to stop thinking and start acting. Let's do it together. I started my talk at Westchester Chapter of Project Management Institute in New York at 7:30 in the morning. I think that the title of my presentation "Heroine/Hero's Journey" had a symbolic meaning for my early bird participants. I spoke about personal development, creative leadership, choices we make, and challenges of the time. After the event, I re...ceived many emails from the participants of the event with their feedbacks that touched my soul: "Maria had a passion for what she did and passed this on to the attendees. She knows how to inspire others and makes one perform a self assessment. She is right, you either change the world or change yourself.
