This fall while the leaves were changing I had a couple weekend getaways. There’s nothing like the beauty of being in nature! I went to Steamboat Springs Colorado, for a retreat with my friend Kelsey Wiebe. She is a kick butt trainer, yoga teacher who does great wellness workshops! She’s a partner in my Bombshell Bride Program. We went to a natural hot spring in a beautiful forest under the full moonlight. I could see all the stars, away from the city.... We sat at the bed of a waterfall and had a picnic. Retreats are like vacations but you feel totally rejuvenated after That’s why I use retreat format for my online programs. My fiancé Sean and I went to Old New England and took a special spooky tour of Mark Twain’s home from the 1800’s. The most beautiful architectural home I have ever seen! We love literature, stories, history and hiking/nature. Have you found a love for nature spots this year too?

If you’re like me, and love to function at peak performance, then you’ll love these mindful food hacks to BOOST healthy snack eating. We eat what we see in front of us... It has geranium essential oil and some other good ones. I got so rejuvenated from a makeover with Lexi. I felt like a new person.
