In 2012 I bought a american strat from g.c., it was brand new. When I got it home I discovered it was the worst guitar to play.I couldn't get the intonation rig...ht for the life of me. My freinds who are good guitarists all took a shot at it to no avail, so I gave up and put it in the closet and played my les paul. Well this year my LP gets stolen, so I dig the strat out and it still can't be intonated. Lo and behold I take it to Mark who explains to me that the guitar seems to have been dropped,and the neck was damaged. So Mark worked his magic on it and set it up. It plays perfectly now!!!
