The Bills make me want to FLOSS! Go Bills!
An important message from Vienna: Brush your teeth and be happy!
Hello to all of our friends and patients. We hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. We look forward to seeing you soon. Here are some of the changes you will see in our practice.
Stay safe, stay healthy. Teddy, May and Mike are here for you if you need us!
1. They’re multilingual! As the saying goes, a smile is the same in every language. It’s also pretty great at breaking down barriers between people. Way to be educated and compassionate, teeth! 2. They help you communicate! Your teeth and tongue together allow you to speak. Thanks for giving us a voice. 3. They work hard.... The muscles you use to chew are the strongest ones in the body, since we use them all the time. 4. And they party hard, too. In a country that celebrates National Talk Like a Pirate Day and National Waffle Day, it probably comes as no surprise that teeth have several holidays all their own: take National Tooth Fairy Day on February 28, and World Smile Day on the first Friday in October, for starters. 5. They’re sturdy! Tooth enamel is the hardest surface in the human body. 6. They’re team players. Great oral health is linked to holistic health and can prevent heart disease, osteoporosis, and diabetes. 7. They’re well-behaved. Snails have over 12000 ridged teeth on their tongues. Let’s all take a minute to be thankful that we only have 32, and that they stick to the edges of our mouths. 8. They’re self-sufficient. Did you know saliva is a natural cavity deterrent? This isn’t a good enough reason to keep you from ever coming to the dentist again. But it’s oddly comforting to know that our mouths are automatically engineered to take care of themselves. 9. They’re perceptive. Right-handers chew on the right side of their mouths; vice versa for left-handers. And over time our mouths have evolved to realize they don’t need wisdom teeth (now, many people are born without them!). That’s some crazy intelligence right there, and we appreciate that. 10. They’re unique! Your smile, and your tongue print, are completely your own no two are the same! Well, hopefully we have given you a few more reasons to be thankful this Holiday Season. Take care of those teeth and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Hello All. I hope you remain safe and healthy. Perhaps we are getting closer to the other side of this Corona Virus pandemic. I am looking forward to the Governor advising when we can start seeing all of you again. Of course things will be different. We will be stronger for it. We will be in contact with more details as soon as we know more. Please know we are still here for you if you have any questions or dental emergencies, just call the office.

My Dear Patients, It has always been my focus as well as my staffs to make a positive impact towards the health of all our patients. With this in mind, we are taking every precaution necessary to keep our patients and the community safe from the spread of the Coronavirus. As of Tuesday, March 17th, we have cancelled and will continue to cancel all dental hygiene appointments and non-essential treatment until further notice. Non-essential can be defined as fillings, crowns, an...d extractions when no infection is present. WE WILL be available throughout this time to address emergency care: pain, broken tooth, swelling of the face, extreme temperature sensitivity and signs of infection. If you are not sure if your concerns are a "true emergency", we welcome your call. Our emergency number is (716) 285-0266. You may also call our office (716) 284-9987 during morning hours so that May or other staff can assist you. You may also email any questions to us at "[email protected]". As we get more information from the CDC, American Dental Association and the County Health Department, we will reach out to you with updates and rescheduling information. Keep safe and stay healthy. Sincerely, Michael J. Marrone, D.D.S.
