4 minutes ago Frequency Sound Healing with Kathy has been a truly amazing experience. I am on the computer and phone all day for my job. This causes me to have eye strain and headaches, especially during busier times.The first sound healing appointment I had with Kathy helped me feel deeply relaxed and took the pressure out of my eyes and head within minutes. I felt so good afterwards, I decided to go regularly. Since I was so busy and stressed at the time, I knew it was even... more important for me to make time to take care of myself and I’m so glad I did. I feel the sessions helped me have more patience at work and gave me clarity in handling some challenging situations during a very stressful time. It helped me operate at a higher level. I liked the feeling of the tuning forks so much, I bought a few of them for myself and use them while I meditate at home to help me relax. Having regular sessions allowed us to go deeper into the relaxation each time. After about 3 sessions, I felt a release out of my abdominal area and from that point on cramps I was having were no longer there anymore. I went weekly at first because that is what I felt I needed at the time, then cut down to every other week. After a few months, some long term digestive issues felt as if they were doing some deep healing. In addition to the peace and relaxation- one of my favorite parts of the session is getting messages at the end. Kathy began jotting down notes for me so we could talk at the end and I could take it home with me. She is very intuitive and the insights were exactly what I needed to hear to help me move forward. Kathy has a very professional and relaxing atmosphere in her office that instantly makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend trying a frequency sound healing session for anyone who is dealing with stress or pain.
