Hello this is instructor Arnett. This is the new schedule. There is no significant change to the schedule, as the instructors had a meeting and believed this would make things simpler. To make a smooth transition, please come at the time you and/or your child have been coming prior to the closing. For example, If you took the 4:30 classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, please come at those times. ... Zoom labeled classes will be helped on zoom. All other non labeled classes are held in person. If you have any questions, concerns, or conflict in regards of scheduling, please contact Master Jung’s number or school email at [email protected]. I, along with Master Han, will do our best to keep parents and students updated.

Hello parents and students of Master Jung’s World Taekwondo. This is instructor Arnett, Master Jung’s son. I would like to update everyone in regards to the school and Master Jung’s health. Master Jung is currently hospitalized due to Covid-19 complications. He is intubated and making a steady recovery. It has been a very difficult time for the Jung family, as well as the taekwondo family. ... We are attempting to open the school on Monday, May 3rd. However, we will act accordingly to Master Jung’s health and condition. I, along with Master Han and other instructors, have tested negative and will do our best to keep the school running on behalf of Master Jung. I would like to thank those who have reached out in regards to Master Jung’s health. Although I have reached many students, I am also aware of those who are hearing this news for the first time. I apologize for not updating everyone sooner, as I am aware many were anxious from the sign we had put up on the school window. Again, I apologize for the late update, as this situation is one we could not have imagined. I sincerely ask for understanding and patience during this difficult time. If there are any questions in regards to the school or Master Jung’s health, please contact the school email at [email protected] and/or his number. Thank you for your time and understanding.
EXERCISE IDEAS FOR KIDS WITH ADHD : MOVEMENT FOR FOCUS Exercise can help children with ADHD improve attention, sharpen social skills, and learn more effectively. Being physically active can help kids with ADHD control aggression, and sleep better. Exercising before school can ease kids' anxiety, and prime their brain for learning. Having kids take the dog for an early morning run, or ride their bikes to school are great ADHD morning outlets.... Give kids the opportunity to move around the room while helping the teacher hand out supplies, collect papers, or deliver messages a good way to help them feel special and to blow off steam. A wiggle chair or fidget can help extra active kids sit still without disrupting others. Playing with classmates can help kids with ADHD work on social skills, and keep them from acting out in the afternoon. Teachers should never take away recess as a punishment. Hyperactive kids need the boost from playing tag or climbing the jungle gym to improve attention, working memory, and mood. Make a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity a rule before homework or video games. An after-school karate class, swim lesson, or soccer practice is a great idea, but also free time running around the park works, too. Sports can give kids with ADHD confidence and help them work toward goals. Any sport that involves running or sprinting can improve executive function. Skilled activities like rock climbing, yoga, karate, gymnastics, figure skating or tai chi help expend energy and build brain connections as well. By additudemag.com
