Grand Master Seng is starting classes again for 2018. 1st class is at 7 PM Monday at 1307 Champlin Ave in Utica next to Power House gym. No prior experience needed. Just bring a willingness to learn from the best. No uniform needed for first visit. Make learning Hapkido your 2018 New Year’s resolution.
