Our new White (non-spicy) Kimchi is absolutely delicious! It's the same recipe as our Original minus the red pepper flakes which makes for a completely different taste. We use a lot of fresh ginger and garlic so there's a ton of flavor. . Here's our first recipe featuring our White Kimchi. We've paired it with Jack Fruit, a relative of the fig family. Believe it or not, Jack Fruit has a very similar consistency to pork or chicken and it takes on the flavor of whatever sauce or seasoning you pair it with so it's amazing to cook with.
