We stopped offering sewn labels about 3-4 years ago. From time to time we say sure, if you must have it. From our experience 90% of people tear their tags out because they’re irritating. We strongly believe printed tags are better + they can’t be ripped out so, you’re sweet details are with the shirt forever.

How well does your custom merch hold up? We printed this tote bag with HSA water based ink in 2019. This tote has been beat up, overloaded, dragged through the streets of NYC, & washed multiple times over the years (please, wash your totes). We can confidently say our prints hold up to our quality standards when we pair the right inks with the right products. Swipe to see how this print looks today. No cracking & no washing away. Sometimes you get that #Pantone swatch just right. Load it in the screen and run your first test print and it doesn’t look the same as the swatch. It happens. Clean all the ink back out of the screen and do it all over again until it’s perfect and we’re ready to run production. Whatever it takes.
