There has been a change in times

On Saturday August 8 Mayfair Campgrounds will be having their Halloween celebration COVID style. We are still obligated to follow CDC guidelines. So there will be no trick or treating amongst the campsites, instead the tractor and wagon will drive around the campground providing treats to the kids. It’s optional should they wish to dress up in a costume but not required to participate. The wagon will begin around 8pm and travel around the entire campground. We ask that the kids stay at their campsite during this event to ensure they receive their treat. Also we will be having a site decorating contest which will take place that evening with judging to begin after 10. Thank you all in advance!

As a reminder tomorrow is our Christmas celebration and it’s being done much different than last year. We ask you stay patient with us during the time. We are only able to deliver gifts if the store receives them by 2pm Saturday wrapped, tagged with name and site numbers. We will only deliver to the sites the gifts are tagged with. Site judging for decorations will begin after 900pm on Saturday and winners will be chosen and presented with their prizes as well. Thank you all in advance!!

Mayfair Campgrounds is pleased to share that Santa will be making his appearance on Saturday July 18 from 4:00pm - 5:30pm (or until he has finished his ride). It will not be our normal Christmas in July celebration as we must still comply and follow all CDC guidelines. Santa will tour our campground on the hay wagon. He will be stopping and delivering a present to your campsite. If your site is not accessible directly from the road by our tractor and wagon you are asked to... wait by the closest road to your site so Santa can see you! You are still asked to have a wrapped present at the campground store with the child’s name and site number listed no later than 2pm on Saturday 7/18 afternoon. Any presents that do not follow this will be left at the store and not delivered. If you are not at your campsite when we pass by, your present will be available at the store after Santa has made it all the way around. We know the excitement this will bring to the children and is very important that they stay at their sites and not wonder around looking for Santa during his ride around the campground. Santa will not allow to pick up any passengers along the way. He and his helper will be the only ones allowed on the wagon. Santa’s helper will be distributing the presents during this event. Santa will not be available for any interaction before or after the ride. Also for those interested we will be holding a site decorating contest. So if you wish to participate and decorate your site you can start as soon astoday as the judging will begin that evening after dark. We received notification that we can start accepting visitors. Remind your visitors they all need to go into the store and register and pay the fee before entering the campgrounds. Please continue to follow CDC guidelines and no more than 10 people gathering at this time. Thanks everyone!!

We received a call from the board of health reinstating our permit we open on Monday May 25

Today is suppose to be opening day of camp. With the situation in our country today we all (that are not considered essential personnel) need to stay home and social distance. I want to thank our campers or family members of our campers who are essential personal. We appreciate all of your hard work and what you all are doing to protect us. We will all be back together and this pandemic will be pass us. Be safe, be healthy and social distance. We will all be back together soon!

We will have hours on Saturday March 28 from 10am - 1pm and again on Wednesday April 1 from 12pm - 2pm both days at TA-GA-SOKE only.... 2. We are only accepting payments during these times. Any reservation questions you have will need to be discussed by calling the office phones ( Mayfair 315-245-3870 & TA-GA-SOKE 315-245-1744) 3. As we are doing our best practicing social distancing you will be asked to follow any protocols we require on the days you choose to visit us in person by your choice. The Mayfair store will be open and accepting payments for the 2020 season on Saturday March 28 from 10am-1pm. The TA-GA-SOKE store will be open on Sunday March 29 from 10am-1pm. Payments for either location will be accepted. If you are unable to stop in during those days/times you can call to make payment over the phone at: Mayfair 315-245-3870 and TA-GA-SOKE 315-245-1744.
