the last patch of snow in the yard...time to pull the taps from the maple trees and start the clean up process...the 2021 season is over..down a bit from last year but nature gave us an adequate supply to get us through....we are most appreciative of our children, grandkids, Cheryl and Bill Paestella, Debbie Maine, Tommy Hinds and all who came to watch and share the process. We also appreciate the support for our products.

Happy New Year! We are so thankful for our wonderful customers and friends. We wish everyone a happy, healthy 2021. New year...new products. We bought a machine that makes maple sugar and maple cream. The first try at maple sugar was a success.

We thought we were done making candy for the year, but due to popular demand we made one more batch. We have cotton candy, maple syrup and gift baskets as well.
