We ask everyone to take this week and recognize all of the EMS professionals near you! McFee Ambulance would like to specifically thank our hard working staff that provides around the clock care for our community. This year has been challenging but all of the ambulance services in our area worked together and got through the worst of this pandemic! HAPPY EMS WEEK

Today we’d like to recognize the selfless firefighters that not only respond to EMS calls to assist us on the ambulance, but knowingly risk their lives at every fire they respond to. Thank you for all you do and continue to do for the community every day.

This afternoon, Troopers from SP Pulaski (Troop D) responded to a missing 12-year-old child in Oswego County. Trooper Kylie Black with K9 Rudd tracked the chi...ld along with forest rangers. After 2 1/2 hours searching, the child was located in the woods and transported to a local hospital to be treated for hypothermia. Great team work by State Police K9, NYS Forest Rangers, NYS DEC Police, NYS Park Police, Oswego County Sheriff’s Office, Oswego County Search and Rescue, and NOCA ambulance.

It has come to our attention that people are receiving phone calls asking for over the phone donations. We do not do this kind of fundraising. If you get a call... from someone claiming to be from the fire department and asking for a donation over the phone, please do not give them your information. See more

This week we take time to recognize the people behind the scenes that make what we do on the ambulance possible. Thank you dispatchers for all you do and continue to do.

It is with great sorrow we announce the death of Former Oswego County Sheriff Ray Miller. Sheriff Miller passed away on January 5th, 2021. He served as our Sheriff from 1978-1983. He formerly served with the New York State Police from 1955 to 1977. We offer our condolences to his family.

Great work by everyone involved. McFee ambulance is always honored to be there for our districts fire departments.

Thank you to the Members of the Mexico VFD and all mutual aid fire departments in making a quick knockdown of a fire at the Liquor store Laundromat on Main Stre...et that has been contained to the back section of the building. As all of you know tonight is New Years Eve and it’s a very different one this year. We at McFee ambulance would just like to remind everyone to be safe as this holiday is the biggest for drinking and driving and the crews on duty do not want to have to respond to that accident. Also remember to celebrate safe and stop the spread, so hopefully next year we can start returning to a normal state we all miss. Here is to 2021! May it be better than 2020!!... See more
