Happy Opening Day of Camping Season at Mc Intyres! It’s currently 28 degrees with a strong north wind! Let’s see those snowy camping/fishing pictures! Who’s tough enough?

We had a visitor to the campground this morning! He came out of the camp road and paused for a photo in front of our shed before walking up in front of Rancho and entering the woods. For reference, the top of our shed door is 7 feet high!

The fishing is great this winter!

The pike are biting today! Happy Valentine’s Day!

I am posting this here just in case you haven’t heard. Thanks for the countless words of condolence and support. Dad will be forever loved and missed.

Nice walleye Raymond! 4.5 and 6.5 pounds! Ray and his beautiful wife, Barbara Jean have been camping here for 40 years! He’s caught countless fish over the years, but Barbara Jean is the catch of his life!

If you want to know where the fish are, ask the Stevens family! They MIGHT tell you!
