It’s Morel Season & we went straight classic with this week’s featured entree...Pan Roasted Filet, Golden Morels lightly sautéed into a cognac cream, served with crispy potatoes dauphinois & charred Vidalia onion!
Cinco looked a little different last year...over 600 tacos & over 300 margaritas all packed up in containers to go...but this year, it’s back to glassware, full on plating, and the true definition of hospitality...taking care of all of you under our roof! Spread the Agave love Hudson Valley!

Back in 1869, Joseph Campbell created a company that would eventually become Campbells Soup. I was raised on the tomato version and it was a treat when my mom mixed it with milk instead of water. It was even better when she topped it with a slice of American cheese that melted into a gooey bowl of deliciousness. I like to think our recipe is a bit better without taking anything away from Campbells who probably makes a gazillion gallons a day. Anyway, ours is in the deli case today if you want to warm up your Sunday!

So thankful to be a part of this wonderful community. The merchants and volunteers did such an amazing job decorating our village. Can’t help but think about How the Grinch stole Christmas. No matter how hard the grinch (COVID) tried to take the holiday spirit away... Christmas came to the wonderful folks of Whoville anyway.
