It is with great sadness that we need to announce that our first rescue horse Chance naturally passed away last night. He has touched so many of the Meadow Creek Family and lived out a long happy life with us. He was comfortable and seemed happy up until his natural passing. Huge thanks to everyone that has taken care of this special boy, especially Deb who has been caring for him in his final days!
