Another Sunday, another chance and opportunity for us to give back to our fighters. We chose Mt. Sinai Beth Israel in Brooklyn for these reasons: 1. As hospitals get closer to the epicenter (Queens and Brooklyn) the need for supplies and resources are magnified and every calorie/thread of protective fiber counts. 2. We also have family members that are working in this very hospital willingly and voluntarily fighting on the frontlines everyday, seven days of the week. 3. During these arduous times, MeccaChef always strives to go above and beyond and give back to those who need it the most. We teamed up with a fellow community patrol non-profit organization in Brooklyn, @muslimcps , to give 100+ meals to the elderly community who are affected by the ongoing COVID19 pandemic!
