All are welcome to join us for meditation, every Tuesday 7pm at SportsFocus in Orchard Park, NY. We sit in the yoga room; weather permitting, we may sit outside.

Welcome to Community Meditation Southtowns. All are welcome. We meet Tuesday evenings to share and deepen our meditation practice and connect with and support each other on our path through life. Our roots are in Buddhist wisdom, however, we draw from many wisdom traditions. Each week, after meditation practice, we read, watch or listen to a talk and engage in an open and interesting discussions. We also offer free meditation instruction and encourage anyone interested in est...ablishing or renewing a regular meditation practice. All are welcome. Attendance is free, however, we graciously accept donations.

Tuesday June 23rd, 7 pm, SportsFocus. CMS is planning to return to in-person group meditation, socially distancing style. As Erie County progesses from phase II to phase III and there are no setbacks, we will meet for meditation while practising safe distance and mask coverings. All are welcome
