The "putting in work" crew. It was a pleasure working with all the guys that came to the Dover Weightlifting Club the last 7 months. Today was a good day

Funny how things change on a weekly basis.. Last week 28s were moving effortlessly, today they felt much different even though I was able to maintain pace of 10rpm. Two keys of success I mentioned were patience and consistency, results in due time.
