Happy International Day Of Yoga! I am so grateful that I get to spend my days sharing this practice with so many incredible humans. Yoga continues to challenge my body and mind, showing me my limitations and expansiveness. Yoga is one of the most beautiful physical expressions of the interior spaces, and an incredibly powerful tool for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
