HI Everyone, We have just received notification that the ROCHESTER GARLIC FESTIVAL that was scheduled for September 12th & 13th in Webster NY has been cancelled due to Covid - 19. The decisions for the Cuba festival and Hudson Valley festival are still pending. The garlic harvest here at MELE GARLIC FARM has started. Elephant garlic is being harvested today. Dehydrated garlic scapes are now available. $5.00 per bottle. Call for shipping info. They will re- hydrate in any liquid. Put some in while cooking rice, pasta, or potatoes. My favorite is mixing with equal parts mayo and sour cream. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Makes a great dip. Fresh garlic scapes are still available.
