We all have mental health! Mental health exists on a continuum ranging from well to unwell. At any given time, we find ourselves somewhere on this continuum depending how we are able to function through day to day life. Using self-care strategies such as eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep and exercising, can help move us along this continuum towards wellness. MHA is dedicated to sharing information, support and services for individuals with mental healthcare needs. For more information about the mental health continuum, self-care strategies and the programs and services offered by MHA please contact Nancy Deumaga at (518) 762-5332 Ext 109.
MHA works with community partners to raise awareness surrounding the issue of youth sex trafficking. Many don't realize that youth trafficking happens everywhere- even in our own communities. Please watch this brief video for more information! To learn more about programs and services offered at MHA, contact Nancy Deumaga at (518) 762-5332 ext. 109. https://youtu.be/MKkPDHyeykY

Despite the dreary weather, our Trunk or Treat event was a success!!! We would like to thank all of our Community Partners for their participation and to all of the families that stopped by. We truly enjoyed seeing all of the little ones in their costumes.

It can be scary to talk about your #mentalhealth and ask for help. If you're not ready to seek help in person, that's okay. Consider using one of these resources to reach out for support anonymously. https://buff.ly/2zopoaU #BeTheDifference
