Method Pilates

Hello again friends! I've decided to offer 3 different classes this coming week: Pilates Basics, Open Pilates, and Seeking Stability. All classes continue to be... 30 minutes, pay-what-you-can with a suggested donation of $10. They're held via zoom. The schedule for this week will be as follows: Monday/Wednesday - Pilates Basics at 10am, and Seeking Stability at 11am Tuesday/Thursday - Open Pilates at 10am and 6pm Please email me at [email protected] to sign up for a class. If these times don't work for you, or you'd like to set up a special class for you and your friends/family, let me know and we can make it happen. Keep reading for class descriptions: Pilates Basics This simpler and slower paced class will introduce you to the core of the pilates work, leading you through exercises designed to build strength, stability, and efficiency of movement. Recommended if you’re new to pilates or have back problems or other injuries. Open Pilates This class is designed to get you moving! You’ll briskly flow through exercises meant for all-over strength and flexibility. It’s helpful if you have at least some pilates experience. Seeking Stability In times of uncertainty and stress, we often feel unmoored and anxious. Connecting to our bodies and our breath can ground and soothe us. These exercises focus on stability and alignment of the body, building strength to support you in everyday life. All levels welcome.
